Size matters! how great are your guestimates? this tin of delights makes a fantastic after dinner game travel game or just simply a great trivia game! your guestimating skills will be tested to the Max as size matters contains over 1000 utterly Trivial but fascinating questions! examples of questions include ‘how tall is a fully grown giraffe?’ ‘measured in earth days how long does it take Mars to orbit the sun?’ ‘how many burgers can be eaten in two minutes?’ & ‘if a flee were a human how high could it jump?’ size matters is quick to play & easy to set up first select 30-50 of the question cards One player then takes on the initial role of the question master & reads aloud one of the questions on the top card without looking at the answer The remaining players then have to decide as a group which number they think comes closest to the truth When the group announces their number the question master then has three shouts they must decide whether they believe the correct number is more than the group&s answer less than the group&s answer or exactly right The correct answer is then revealed if the question master is wrong the card is discarded & the next person becomes the question master If the question master is right that both they & the group managed to get the answer spot on they keep the card & continue on as question master If the question master guessed correctly that the answer was more or less than the group&s guestimate then they keep the card & the next player becomes the question master The game continues until the stack of cards is used up & the player with the most cards is declared the winner Size matters is quick to play easy to set up & makes the perfect dinner party entertainment The game is suitable for 2 to 6 players ages 8 to adult Size Matters! GOAL OF THE GAMEBe the first player to collect 5 challenge cards by guessing body object measurements the most accurately using the number cards HOW TO PLAYThe player with the biggest smile starts The player must draw a challenge card from the pile & place it face up in the middle of the table The player who draws the card decides which person or object will be the subject of the challenge The player can&8217;t decide to measure themselves The player announces if this round is played in centimeters or millimeters If the drawn challenge card cannot be played (for example none of the players has a tattoo) treat this card as a freestyle card Next all players &8212; including the one who drew the card or chose the part to measure &8212; secretly estimate the measurement The players choose one of their number cards & play it face down on the table The players can also answer by playing 2 number cards & their values are added together Example 17 30 47 Once all players have played a number card face down the cards can be revealed The initial player measures the body part or object The player who guessed the number closest to the real size or length wins the challenge card Example the correct answer is 35 If one player answered 38 & one player answered 30 the player with the 38 wins this turn ENDING TURNSThe used number cards are discarded in a pile & all players refill their hands so they have 10 cards The players draw 1 number card if they played 1 number card or they draw 2 number cards if they played 2 number cards If the draw pile is empty shuffle the discard pile & create a new draw pile The game continues clockwise (the player to the left of the first player draws the next challenge card & so on) VICTORYThe first player to collect 5 challenge cards wins The concept of Size Up is simple Estimate the length of your grandmother's little finger the width of your train ticket or the circumference of a carrot The tape measure is used to check the estimates afterwards Whoever has the best sense of proportion wins!
