On cleansed skin, apply a healthy amount of Bliss Daily Detoxfying Facial Toner to prep the skin.2. Press & hold the on button for 4 seconds, the red light will appear & the vibration will begin.3. With the tip curving down gently glide the tool across the skin, paying special attention to areas with clogged pores.4.
