Coming fully assembled & with an 11 speed Shimano cassette out of the box, the Elite Suito was designed to be the easiest, simplest & fastest FE-C trainer to set up without any compromise on performance. The word Suito when translated into old Venetian means haste, & it is with this ethos in mind that Elite developed the Suito. The Suito was made to be incredibly easy to set up & get riding, coming fully assembled out of the box & even comes with an 11 speed Shimano cassette as standard. Further enhancing this is the briefcase design that the Suito boasts when folded down. It is by far Elites most convenient trainer to transport & store, fitting into a cupboard or locker with ease. With the practical design & incredibly easy setup, the Suito is perfect for those with storage limitations or who travel a lot & dont want to compromise on their training. But the haste ethos certainly didnt come into the performance or hardware of the trainer. For the Suito, Elite developed an entirely new magnetic drive unit in order to keep the trainer relatively slim. This unit has a maximum power output of 2900 watts at 60KMH, which is only slightly less than the new Direto X despite a large saving on size. The drive unit can replicate inclines of up to 15%, too, which is more than the previous Direto model. The Suito uses the data from the drive unit to generate power readings that are accurate to withint 2.5%, so you can really nail down your training regime. The Suito even features a large gearing wheel that ensures a smooth, realistic ride feel. The Suito was designed to be as widely compatible as possible, too. Although supplied with an 11 speed Shimano cassette as standard, the Suito is compatible with 9, 10 & 11 speed Shimano & SRAM cassettes, with a Campagnolo adaptor available seperately. The Suito is compatible with 130mm & 135mm quick release frames & 142x 12mm thru axles, whilst 148x 12mm adaptors are available for purchase. Take your home training on the go with the Suito.
