Warm, Water-proof & Wind-proof The Specialized Element RBX Comp HV Jacket is a fantastic wind- & water-proof jacket. A Gold 280 WR, 3-layer fabric, makes up the front of the jacket. This fabric has a polyester outer shell that has been treated with water repellant, an inner warm hydrophilic layer which wicks away moisture from the body & in between these two is a breathable windproof membrane. In addition the back & part of the sleeves in warm Lombardia fleece. Together, these fabrics will ensure you stay warm & dry. In addition to the comfort provided by the padding the brace & back of the legs are made from comfortable Lombardia fleece, which will provide warmth on cold winter rides.
