Product Description

cooking Our organic chickens roast well but for the finest results, poach with vegetables, ideally raising the breasts out of the liquid with the lid on so they steam. Crisp the skin by placing the bird in a really hot oven for five minutes & dont even think about throwing away the stock. storage Keep for 5 days in the fridge & dont eat after use by date. These can be frozen on the day of delivery to keep their flavour & tenderness for up to 6 months. When freezing defrost thoroughly & eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
