Product Description

This pudding does not contain nuts but is made in a kitchen where nuts are used. ingredients Sultanas, brown sugar, grated carrot, grated apple, self raising flour, breadcrumbs, rasins, currants, butter, vegetable suet, mixed peel, marmalade, eggs, golden syrup, brandy, lemon juice, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice, grated lemon rind. Suitable for vegetarians. storage Store in a cool dry place. cooking Remove label, steam pudding in its muslin wrapped basin for 2 hours. Flame with brandy & serve with cream or brandy butter. Can also be microwaved, (650w at full power) cook on high for 4 mins, leave to stand for 4 mins.
