The CR1 has double bottle cage mounts & the bottom bracket is a 68mm British thread making it easy on the pocket should you have to replace this durable part. The top tube of the CR1 has also been shaped for extra comfort if you choose to carry the bike during cyclocross races or sportives & with the extra wide clearance for up to 37mm tyres there is plenty of room for mud & comfortable wider tyres. Versatility & practicality are at the core of the cleverly designed CR1
- this is a bike that will not sit idle for very long. Fitted with narrower tyres the CR1 will perform commuting or road training & sportive duties faultlessly, but if youre keen to discover (or re-discover) what the adventure buzz is all about then grab some wider & grippier tyres & just get out there. All day & adventure riding is, of course, not far removed from traditional cycle touring, & the CR1 is light enough to be ridden over a wide variety of surfaces from back roads & fire roads to canal paths & Sustrans trails.
