- Voltcraft VC930, The Voltcraft VC-930 Digital Multimeter is a new high performance VC900 Series logging multimeter for industrial use that comes with important additional features, such as a low-pass filter for accurate voltage & frequency measurements on drive controls & other electrical devices whose basic frequency is overlaid by harmonics. The multimeter is also particularly suited to finding defects in electronics, process automation, energy distribution & electromechanical systems, & can record multiple measurements in mobile use, plus work unattended. It also has an internal memory for saving up to 20, 000 readings. Data can be transferred easily to a PC using the USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface, while the large display with up to 40, 000 counts & automatic backlight enables simultaneous display of several measurements even in dark environments. Navigation keys for quick selection from the menu make the multimeter easy to use. The integrated TLD function (test lead detection) warns the user if the test leads are connected incorrectly. Input voltages > of 30V make a warning symbol appear in the display. This VC930also offers the possibility to measure the True RMS of alternating voltage & current for accurate representation of complex signals or non-linear loads. In ' Relative Mode', the results, particularly from low ohm measurements or capacitance measurements, will automatically be reduced by the cable resistance. With the integrated Volt Soft logging & analysis software you can not only see readings live, but also export them to a spreadsheet (eg. EXCEL) or editable text document.
