- Tektronix MSO44B 4-BW-1500, This Tektronix MSO44B 4-BW-1500 4 Series B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope with 4 Flex Channels & a bandwidth of 1.5 G Hz combines performance & analysis capabilities to address the vast majority of engineering challenges with an industry-leading intuitive user interface. The "B" version features a significantly faster processor system that speeds up analysis & makes controls 2X more responsive. This 4 Series model offers 4 analog channels with 12-bit ADCs, 1.5 GHz bandwidth & up to 6.25 GS/s sample rate with record lengths of 31.25 or 62.5 Mpoints. Full sample rate & record length are available on all channels, at all times. Each input channel can be used for synchronized analog waveform display & spectrum analysis, or converted to 8 logic channels by connecting a logic probe for up to 48 digital logic channels. Powerful analysis & visualization tools, like Fast Frame segmented memory, measurement & waveform histograms, & visual triggering are standard. It is available with a built-in 50 MHz arbitrary/function generator & decoding for over 25 serial protocols. Power analysis packages are also available to facilitate repeatable measurements on power supplies & 3-phase power converters. An array of available smart probes support a wide range of applications.
