Designer Systems Arduino Shields - Designer Systems DS-RGBW.S, The Designer Systems LED lighting shield for the Arduino or Raspberry Pi is supplied with a 4W RGBW OSRAM OSLON LED lamp. The shield has the standard Arduino form factor for simple plug-in integration. It communicates with the Arduino or the Raspberry Pi over I2C and four shields can be used on one bus. On board the shield are four LED driver channels each capable of driving 17Ws of LEDs at up to 48VDC (string of 1 to 12). LED brightness can be varied smoothly in 1024 steps. An aquarium lighting mode is built-in which has an internal 24hour timer that simulates sunrise/sunset and moonlight cycles.
