The sensor has an operating detection range of between 0.1 and 15m and can detect opaque objects down to just Ø9mm. The ST4 is a safety light beam system that is extremely effective in both wide areas and narrow spaces. The fully featured system has a long sensing range, enabling the securing of facilities where the installation of a guardian fence is not feasible. It is possible to serially connect a number of sensors and controllers so that comprehensive coverage of an area is possible. An emission amount adjuster is provided which is used to control the amount of interaction with surrounding sensors. The compact sensor head saves space and gives more
