- Panasonic DP2-40E, This device is a high quality, high performance, digital pressure sensor that features high accuracy, resolution & speed. The sensor is of the vacuum pressure type & has a rated pressure range of 0 to 101.3k Pa. The microprocessor-controlled sensor provides highly accurate pressure measurements of non-corrosive gas in the overpressure & vacuum range. Modern pressure sensor technology & conditioning electronics enable the high measurement performance as well as ensuring that mechanical wear is minimised. The sensor has an analogue output that gives 0.1% resolution & also two switching digital outputs that give a choice of four signal modes. Suitable for a wide range of applications in automatic assemblage including confirmation of chip component suction, controlling clamping force, inspecting orientation of glass sheet, verifying placement of frame, detecting tap breakages, controlling edge of winding film.
