Using this shield the host Arduino board can wirelessly send & receive (half duplex) up to 180 Bytes of data per packet, seamlessly delivered & accessible by all other hosts within range, without the need for bit balancing or elaborate coding schemes. This device provides considerably greater range, using less power than similar Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices operating in the overcrowded 2.4 G Hz bands. It is also possible to optionally configure parameters such as frequency, bandwidth, power output & data rate so that multiple devices may be used at the same time with no interference between them or other RF devices.
