- Le Croy AP034, The Le Croy AP034 Active Differential Probe 1 G Hz Bandwith acts as two probes in one, measuring the difference in voltage of a test point in relation to another test point. The probe features low noise, low input capacitance, high common mode rejection, & FET-buffered inputs in the probe head, while user selectable attenuation & offset give the probes flexibility to measure signal amplitudes. Plug-on attenuator & AC coupling accessories further extend the application range, with the interconnect accessories allowing connection to surface mount & through-hole components with minimal signal degradation. The input receptacles in the probe head are compatible with standard square pins, providing a low cost method of creating device characterization test fixtures. Powered directly from a Le Croy oscilloscope through the Pro Bus interface, it allows local control of the probes through the oscilloscope user interface & remote control through the interface buses (GPIB, RS-232). The optional ADPPS power supply allows usage with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, & oscilloscopes without Pro Bus interface, making the AP034 an incredibly versatile probe.
