It has an asymmetric output of 12V DC making it ideal to power IGBT drivers, so now just one converter is needed where previously two were required. The module is supplied with an input voltage of 5V DC & offers up to 5.2k VDC/1sec isolation. The converters operate reliably at temperatures between -40°C & +85°C without derating & with an efficiency of up to 75%, to meet the requirements of the different IGBT applications.
