- Chauvin Arnoux P01160573, The Chauvin Arnoux CA 8335B mains electric analysers are especially suitable for maintenance & testing services in industrial or commercial plants or in public institutions. They provide an immediate mapping of the most important network parameters & the network quality. The device is handy & accurate for measuring & additionaly offers many calculation & editing functions. All network parameters, transients, alarms & wave shapes are registered & recorded simultaneously. All inputs can be displayed in real-time as a vector diagram, as a table of values or as waveforms depending upon the requirement. In expert mode the user can conduct an analysis of the harmonics & study the effect of the harmonics on the heating of the neutral wire or on electrical machines. The CA 8335 also offers in-rush current measurement i.e. the switch-on current of the electrical machines, which is essential especially for correctly dimensioning electrical systems. The measurement duration is more than 1 minute.
