The superior quality optics & expert design combine to produce a high resolution 5 megapixel image that can display microscopic images on large screens or print high quality images without any loss of detail, pixellation or viewability. The microscope has a robust aluminium body that gives enhanced protection in the field. Object illumination comes from 8x white LEDs that can be switched on & off. This long working distance model facilitates working in or around the object, e.g. for precision assembly or repair. A convenient Micro Touch II sensor makes it easy to capture images & a full set of measurement & calibration capabilities further enhance the functionality of this professional microscope. This model has the capability to interchange the front cap with another type, such as swapping the included open cap, suitable for general purpose use, with a closed cap for extra protection against dust & debris. A set of software, compatible with Windows or Mac OS, is provided that gives the ability to save images & videos, make time lapse recordings & perform calibrated measurements.
