- Olimex A10-OLINUXINO-LIME-4GB, The Olimex A10-Olinuxino-Lime-4GB single board computer is an extremely capable device in a very small footprint operating at a healthy 1 G Hz. Internally it has 512MB of DDR3 RAM, 2KB of EEPROM & a Mali 400 GPU, but it is its external connectivity that makes this board so special. The list of ports is extensive but the highlights are HDMI, SATA, Ethernet, 2 x USB (Universal Serial Bus) plus 1 x USB (Universal Serial Bus)-OTG, 160 GPIO pins, an LCD interface & a micro-SD card slot. As you would expect many of the GPIO pins have additional specialist functions with interfaces for 2 x cameras (CSIO), UARTS, SPI, 2-wire, IR, touch panel, I2S, PWM, audio & more. In all departments it compares favourably to the Raspberry Pi with a faster CPU, 3D acceleration & considerably more useable IO functionality. It can be made into a complete small footprint computer or kiosk computer with Linux/ Android, a hard disk, keyboard & mouse & HD display. Alternatively it could be used as the controller in an embedded system for robotics, photography, web serving etc.. This version has 4GB of NAND flash memory onboard which is factory loaded with Android 4.2.2 so the board is ready to use out of the box. Alternatively Debian Linux is available on SD card (73-0288). Another version of the board is available without the extra flash memory (73-0220).
