- Cliff WF1, This WF1 assembly jig from Cliff is ideally suited to prototyping & small batch production. Manufactured to a high standard using extruded aluminium & supplied complete with centre & two sliding rails, which can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of PCB sizes. The board retention bars are spring-loaded to facilitate easy insertion & removal of PCBs

- while the hinged lid, with 25mm thick non-conductive antistatic foam & adjustable height controls, accepts a wide range of component sizes & shapes. Upon closing the lid, the components are all held firmly in position allowing the workframe to be inverted, component leads cut, & then soldered. The angle of the working surface can be continuously adjusted via a sliding mechanism housed in the base of the jig, while recessed holes are provided enabling the jig to be permanently secured to the working surface.
