Size & shape options This double-wall cardboard box range begins at 350mm by 220mm for smaller items, & goes up to 380mm by 280mm. We also offer different height options to help you find the perfect fit for your products. Weights & limits These boxes are stronger & more stable than standard single wall boxes – making them easier to stack. They also provide fragile products with greater protection. Materials Each box is made from puncture-resistant, corrugated cardboard & has two layers of fluting for greater rigidity. Outer B flute 85gsm, 306mm thick with an 85gsm test. Inner C flute 85gsm, 4-8mm thick with a 135gsm test lining. Our boxes are also finished with durable 140gsm Kraft paper to provide extra strength & protection. Environmental information Rajapack cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable & corrugated cardboard has the highest recycling rates of anypackaging in the UK.
