This is a new groupset with a fresh new approach to everything, 6 brand new components make the new SRAM Red the pinnacle of road racing technology. The new Red shifters have been scrutinized to produce an extremely comfortable, highly individual fit that makes the shifters feel like a natural extension of the rider. Key Features Ergo Fit textured body improves grip & finger wrap with reduced diameter, providing better control, & a better transition to the bar. Individual Reach Adjust of brake & shift lever, now easier to access & uses a standard hex key, puts the controls exactly where you want them. Larger carbon Ergo Blade lever improves shifting from the drops. Double Tap technology delivers both shifts from the single lever. Zero Loss shifting, shifts engage immediately. New clamp allows better fit & adjust for modern carbon & ergo bars. Speed: 10 speed rear / 2 speed front. Weight: 280g pair (Manufactures claimed).
Includes:: Shifters, brake & gear cables. Please note that the new SRAM Red 2012 shifters only work with the new SRAM Red 2012 groupset because of changes to the front derailleur, they will not work with any previous SRAM Road groupsets.
