The cheese is made in a Stilton Dairy to precise specifications to create a uniquely smooth texture with the strong taste you'd expect from a blue, but much creamier than stilton. Where's it from? This outstanding blue cheese is made by Baron Pouget of the Oxford Cheese Company in Worminghall, Buckinghamshire. Oxford Blue Baby is a silver foil wrapped circular whole cheese of 320g.
