Our smoked cheeses are naturally smoked in a kiln over several days. Not for us the addition of smoke flavour with an artificial additive, the smokey flavour of our cheese comes from real oak wood. We couldnt put it any better ourselves so we wont try. What's it taste like? A blend of creamy nutty cheddar & rich oaky smokiness penetrates to the heart of Oakwood smoked cheddar & is unique to each wheel. Where's it from? Lovely cheese made by the Ford Farm in Dorset. Oakwood comes as a 900g whole cheese. Suitable for vegetarians.
