Product Description

Brandi Braf is a mature cheese with apricots & brandy to give it a rich Christmassy sweetness, ideal for an after dinner treat. What's it taste like? Brandi Braf is softer than a waxed cheddar & has a lovely sweet, fruit flavour. Where's it from? Made by Caws Cenarth at Glyneithinog Farm in West Wales. Tomi Twym is sold as a whole waxed cheese of 200g.
