Product Description

This brie-style English soft cheese is the stuff of legends. Made by cheese-making hero Graham Padfield, this wonderful cheese is a reproduction of a lost recipe dating back to the time of Admiral Lord Nelson. The story goes that in 1801 Nelson was sent some of this cheese by his father as a gift & the naval hero's sweetheart was 'turned on' by its flavour!
