Apparently named after a friend of master producer Peter Humphries who has similar attributes: sweet, curvy & slightly nutty. What's it taste like? Baby Rachel is washed continually in production to give the rind a wonderful orangey colour. The taste is so smooth it leads to some cheese fans, who initially claim to not like goat's cheese, so declare 'I do now!' Where's it from? It is produced by the masters at White Lake Cheeses in Bagborough, Somerset, a stones throw from the Glastonbury festival site. Baby Rachel is wrapped as a whole 115g cheese.
