The bi Orb HALO 30 has two versions of LED lighting. A standard version has a bi Orb LED light above the bubble tube. The Heater Pack contains a 50watt standard aquarium heater capable of heating the water in any bi Orb up to 60 litres. A Heater Stand is also supplied that enables to the heater to be fitted securely onto the curved surface of the bi Orb.

It is also important to monitor the temperature of the aquarium with a thermometer. An accurate glass thermometer is supplied in the Heater Pack.

There is a lead from the Heater which needs to be plugged into mains power & there is a section in all of the bi Orb lights which allows the lead to pass out of the bi Orb neatly.

You can decorate the lower part of the aquarium & these type of fish will occupy mostly the upper part. To keep tropical fish you simply need to add a heater. Use either the bi Orb heater pack or our Intelligent Heater.

Like all biorbs, the bi Orb LIFE 45 uses special ceramic media to provide biological filtration, which has a surface area equivalent to the size of a football pitch. Any excess waste is collected & held in a filter cartridge at the base of the bi Orb.
