Malus domestica ' Falstaff'
A very heavy cropping dessert apple producing red striped fruits. Crisp & juicy with a refreshing fruity flavour. Easy to grow & ideal as a garden variety. Produces a compact tree. Good resistance to late frosts.
Supplied in a ‘Y’ shape with two main shoots that can be trained out in opposite directions at about 45-60cm (18-24in) above the ground. On receipt you will need to tie the arms down gradually (in several stages) to a horizontal supporting framework (not supplied).
