Product Description

Rubus ' Reuben' The world's first primocane blackberry (cropping on first year growth) also happens to produce the biggest, sweetest fruits we have ever seen! With a berry weight of up to 14g, the fruits are twice the size of most other varieties. Sweeter than strawberries & full of juice, the fruits taste fantastic picked fresh from the bush. Because of its primocane habit there is the potential to get two crops every year
- a summer crop on the old canes & a later crop on the current season's growth. The bush is compact with an upright habit & can be grown in a large container or in the open ground. It is easy to grow, very reliable & loses its spines as it matures. Plant 75cm (2ft 6in) apart. Season: June & Aug
