The Cedrus atlantica Repens is a tall, weeping native tree to Africa & the Middle East. It has a pyramidical crown made up of relatively few short & ascending branches. The tree produces foliage of a bright rich silvery bluegreen finish. From June to September flowers appear & small light brown cylindrical cones also become present. Glauca is used for selected seedling plants with bluish foliage & is also a superb subject for specimen & parkland planting.
