Much more than a stylish speaker system, the Altec Lansing Octiv 650
lets you play video from your iPhone 4 or iPod touch on your TV. A free,
downloadable "Music Mood" app lets you control a seven-band equalizer
using your iPhone or iPod, and the app also provides an ambient library
of relaxing visuals and sounds. Multiple input/output jacks let you use
the speaker for TV audio, and an integrated, 100-millimetre
downward-firing subwoofer improves the bass content of both your movies
