The Hama USB (Universal Serial Bus) 3.0 Card Reader allows fast data transfer between the card & the PC when used with a UHS-I capable SD/micro SD card. It also allows direct data exchange between memory cards & comes in a high-quality & robust metal casing. It is downward compatible with USB (Universal Serial Bus) 2.0 (480 Mbit/s) & USB (Universal Serial Bus) 1.1 (12 Mbit/s). This USB (Universal Serial Bus) 3.0 card reader is for reading & writing to SD & micro SD memory cards & supports USB (Universal Serial Bus) 3.0 Super Speed 5 Gbps.

The card reader reads SD & micro SD cards. The card reader has two slots: one for SD cards, one for micro SD cards. You no longer need a connection cable: remove the card from the camera, plug it into the appropriate slot & you are ready to transfer data.

To transfer photos, videos or other data from the card to your PC, you do not need a driver or a complex installation. Simply connect a USB (Universal Serial Bus) 3.0 card reader to your computer via a USB (Universal Serial Bus) port & insert the memory card into the corresponding slot of the multi-card reader. Once the connection has been successfully established, the LED indicator lights up & you can transfer data such as photos or music to your heart's content.

As long as data is being transmitted, the LED indicator will flash. So you know at a glance, if all images & data are already on your PC, or if the transfer is still ongoing.
