Gore-spattered horror from director Robert Kurtzman. Crazed & disillusioned scientist Dr Viktor Vasilenko (Andrew Divoff) seeks to gain revenge on the medical industry for failing to take advantage of his greatest discovery. He aims to create a virus which will turn everyone infected into rage-filled maniacs. Unfortunately, one of his experimental subjects escapes from the laboratory &, after running amock, is eventually eaten by vultures, which then become infected themselves. Meanwhile, a group of young campers find themselves attacked by the birds & the only place they can seek refuge is inside Vasilenko's evil lab. But are they safer inside or outside the lab?
