It's the national cheerleader championships & the Toro team from Rancho High are preparing to win the competition for the sixth year in a row. The problem is that they have been saddled with a routine stolen from the Clovers, an up-&-coming team from East Compton who are struggling to get the money necessary for their entry in the championship.
