Featuring the Spenco 3-POD Modulation system which layers multi-density pods to soften the impact of ground force on the lower limb & leg, the Ironman® Train provides protection & support without compromising on weight. The Race is semi-flexible in the arch & contains deep heel cups to offer heel strike support & maintain optimum posture control. A low-friction top cloth with foot-cooling technology reduces blister causing friction as the antimicrobial fabric reduces bad odours. Sizes based on UK male & female shoe sizes.
