The Elite back support features a high grade, closed cell neoprene with a nylon shell & a terry cotton lining, reinforced by four metal stays, which provides the best possible combination of support, compression, heat retention & comfort. Twin pulls on either side provide easy adjustment & can be custom tightened to provide exactly the right amount of support & back pain relief. The support provided by the metal stays improves your posture & restricts movement to aid treatment of back problems such as a slipped disc, degenerative disc disease & Sciatica. The heat provided by the high quality neoprene can help to ease back muscle spasms & low back pain associated with a herniated disc & spinal stenosis. The hot / cold pack contains soft gel that conducts heat or cold, to use place in the fridge or freezer & it will remain cold, or warm in hot water (or microwave oven) in order to use it as a hot pack.
