What is the Power Rack? The Inspire Fitness Power Rack is a heavy duty skeleton cage system for bench presses, squats & variations of each exercise alongside pull ups. The Power Rack is a stripped down version of the Smith Cage System which allows for racking of Olympic weight bars & safe single person training. Featuring a heavy duty tubular steel frame & a variety of optional extras the Power Rack is a self supporting squat station & bench press tool. How does it work? Featuring a plethora of possible upgrades, this bare bones fitness aid allows for self supported exercises such as squats & bench presses to be performed in a completely safe manner due to the self spotting notches that are placed at the desired height. This allows the user to lift the maximum amount of weight possible without the risk of injury associated with heavy lifting. With a completely adjustable pull up bar to cater for low ceilings, the Power Rack is capable of a variety of upgrades within the Inspire Fitness range for either a partial or complete upgrade into a fully operational Smith machine including; SCS Bench, SCS-LE Leg Attachment, SCS-PC Preacher Curl Attachment, SCS-2 (weight stacks, charcoal shrouds, pulleys, cables, 2 pair handles, pull-up assist strap.
