Suitable for athletes such as climbers, racquet players, gymnasts & sports rehabilitation the Studio Pro can help to improve forearm muscularity & hand dexterity. How does it work? The Studio Pro is easily adjustable to suit the needs of the user & means that you can increase the resistance as you develop hand & wrist strength over time. The ergonomic handle & synthetic rubber inserts ensure comfort whilst you exercise. This hand exerciser is available in a choice of two strengths. The 5kg-20kg is ideal for women & those engaged in rehabilitation whereas the 10kg-40kg is perfect for developing a strong grip. Please note that the two strengths are sold separately.
