Concentrated Use: For Dry skin conditions & aching joints, add contents to a luke warm bath. Soak for about 20 minutes. Repeat 3 times a week. Relaxation & skin toning: Add a handful or two to a warm bath. Aching hands & feet: Add contents to 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of warm water. Re-use solution for up to 2 weeks by re-heating. Soak daily for 20 minutes, then rinse.
