Daktacort Hydrocortisone cream contains: Hydrocortisone Acetate which is a mild topical steroid used to reduce the inflammation, swelling, redness & itching of your skin & Miconazole Nitrate an antifungal which destroys the fungus & bacteria causing the infection. Sweat Rash is usually in areas of the body where skin rubs together eg: underarms, top of legs, groin area or where excess skin is present causing skin folds. Athletes Foot is a fungal infection usually occurring between the toes or on the side of the feet causing soreness & itching.
