These include (but are not limited to): Migraines Toothache Period pain Flu Fever Sore throats Back ache Muscle pains Rheumatic aches & pains Sciatica How do I take Solpadeine Plus capsules? Adults can take 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed to relieve discomfort. Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours Children aged 16-18 years can take 1-2 capsules every 6 hours as needed to relieve discomfort. Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours Children aged 12-15 years can take 1 capsules every 6 hours as needed to relieve discomfort. Do not take more than 4 capsules in 24 hours When should I NOT take Solpadeine? Solpadeine capsules should not be taken by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to Paracetamol, Caffeine, Codeine or have ever had an allergic reaction to it.
