What type of pain can Paracetamol be used for? Paracetamol can be used to help ease the symptoms of a cold in babies, to relieve a fever & to help ease teething pains. Symptoms of a cold can include Coughing Sneezing Fever Headache Runny or blocked nose Sore throat Muscle pains How to use paracetamol suspension. For oral use only. Shake well for at least ten seconds before use. Do not give to babies less than 2 months old. Only give paracetamol suspension to babies over 4kg.
