Early use is important to avoid dehydration, especially in the young & elderly. How to use Dioralyte Relief Blackcurrant? Make up the contents of one sachet in 200ml (approx 7 fluid ounces) of drinking water. Use fresh drinking water for adults & children. Where drinking water is unavailable use freshly boiled & cooled water. The liquid should be made up immediately before use & any remaining liquid should not be used after 1 hour or 24 hours if liquid kept refrigerated. This remaining liquid should be discarded. Dioralyte Relief Blackcurrant when made up in water is a milky coloured liquid. Dosage Adults (including elderly) & children: One sachet after each loose bowel motion (watery stool) up to a maximum of 5 sachets per day for 3-4 days.
