This pack is intended for use on day hikes & overnight adventures when extra carrying capacity is required. The Ruffwear Approach Pack is based on the Ruffwear Web Master Harness with attached saddle bags.

The harness is made from durable nylon webbing & nylon ripstop fabric. It features a foam padded chest & belly straps for comfortable extended wear & there are two connection points: an aluminium V-ring leash attachment up front & a reinforced balanced assistance handle to help lift your dog over obstacles. You can easily adjust it to fit your canine friend & the efficient easy to clip sheltered buckles keep the straps firmly in place. This is a great quality harness that has been designed especially with comfort in mind.

The saddlebags are made from ripstop nylon & are attached giving great stability when on the move. It is recommended that your dog carry no more than 25 percent of their body weight in the pack & that if they are unaccustomed to wearing a pack that you start with a lighter load to begin with.
