The Pet Planet Fur Beater de-shedding tool will effectively remove dead undercoat from your pet giving a well-groomed appearance even during their casting period. The Fur Beater comes with 4 sizes of snap-on heads with a 100mm (4) long head for large animals 76mm (3) & 66m (2.6) for most sizes of household pets & 50mm (2) for small animals making it suitable for households with multiple breeds of dog cat & small furries. Before use of the Fur Beater ensure that there are no matts knots or tangles in your pet's hair. With the teeth of the Pet Planet Fur Beater touching the coat of your pet gently pull the tool across the coat in the direction of the hair growth. Use long gentle strokes combine upwards & away from your pet's skin avoiding excessive strokes in one area & taking extra care around sensitive areas such as the stomach legs genitals & anus. Full instructions are provided. With a 17.5cm long handle & weighing only 130g with its largest attachment the Pet Planet Fur Beater is a lightweight & easy-to-use means of maintaining your pet's coat.

NB It is recommended that the Fur Beater is NOT used on certain breeds of dog & cat not because it may be harmful but simply because these breeds do not usually have an undercoat.
