It clamps on the rim of the tank & is held in place by the two sucker discs so that the tubing leading to the canister from the tank stays firmly in place & doesn't kink reducing water flow.
This product is suitable for a number of filters but is specifically intended for the Fluval 04 05 & 06 series.
