Each pipette treatment provides protection against Ctenocephalides spp. flea infestations for up to 8 weeks. It also has an acaricidal efficacy for up to 4 weeks against Dermacentor reticulates Rhipicephalus sanguinues & Ixodes ricinus ticks. If ticks of these species are present when the product is applied all the ticks may not be killed within the first 48 hours but they will be killed within a week.

Fipnil Spot-On Flea & Tick Solution for Dogs can also be used as part of a treatment strategy for Flea Allergic Dermatitis where this has previously been diagnosed by a veterinarian.
