Customer note: There is a circular hole in the base underneath that the clamp has to be pushed into
- you have to do this by holding the sisal on the top side (to ensure you are not going through the sisal) & manouevre the flat top of the clamp into position. It is a bit fiddly but it can be done with a bit of patience & adjusting the angles.
