The Marina i 160 Filter is a small & neat internal filter that has been designed to be fully submerged in the tank holding onto the side via suction cups. It is capable of filtering up to 120 litres per hour & is suitable for both tropical & fresh water set ups. Filtration is done via 2 filter cartridges which remove floating debris pollutants & ammonia. These cartridges should be replaced aprox. every 4-6 weeks depending on stocking levels. With bacteria being housed on a special bio screen you will not lose your bacterial filter when removing the power filter.

The Marina Canopy features an Aqua Glo fluorescent bulb which generates an ideal light that will enhance the colour of your fish whilst also delivering a strong photosynthetic light that will stimulate growth in your plants.

PLEASE NOTE: The manufacturers warranty REQUIRES that this tank be placed on a purpose-built Marina 84 Cabinet which has a top surface equal to the bottom of the fish tank. The tank should not overhang the edge of the stand/cabinet. Placing the tank on surfaces which were not designed specifically to hold a fish tank such as a household table or sideboard or which are too small for the tank can result in the tank being unstable. This can lead to several problems such as leaking seals & cracks in the glass which as well as making the tank unusable will also endanger your fish. In the event of damage occurring as a result of placing this tank on a surface other than the purpose-built & appropriately sized fish tank stand/cabinet the warranty on the fish tank will be invalid. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that the tank is bought alongside the suitable stand/cabinet at the point of purchase.
