Bromelain is the famous enzyme from pineapple that supports digestion of protein in the stomach. Vitamin C is an important nutrient intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy collagen synthesis, development of the cartilage & bone, capillary & blood vessel integrity, health of your skin, & the nervous system. Directions: Take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with a meal, a glass of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Ingredients: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 625mg, Quercetin 250mg, Vegetable Cellulose (Capsule), Bromelain (Pineapple Stem) (supplying 1800 MCU/g) 25mg, Mag. Stearate (Veg.). Maltodextrin.
